Upcoming Projects

We are excited to report door replacement renovations for the Harmony Homes Development soon. Work is expected to begin after the New Year. Twisted Hickory is next in line for floor replacements with new LVP. The proposal process will begin shortly with an anticipated start date also after the first of the year. 

Bladen's Oakdale Homes and Benjamin Developments continue through the Rental Assistance Demonstration conversion process, and informational meetings will be scheduled over the next few months.
