Bladen & Bladenboro Housing Authorities serve communities in Bladenboro, Clarkton, Elizabethtown & Dublin, and all of Bladen County.

It is the mission of Bladen & Bladenboro Housing Authorities to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing to low and very low-income families, in an environment that fosters self-sufficiency and community pride.

Bladen & Bladenboro Housing Authorities provide decent, safe, affordable public housing for eligible low-income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities. Housing programs include HCV (Housing Choice Vouchers), previously Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers funded by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Public Housing. The Public Housing Program may offer housing options including high rise apartment buildings, townhomes, and single-family homes.
