Jan 3rd REAC Inspections on Units

The Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) will be conducting an inspection of all units and properties for Spinners Court, Harmony Homes and Twisted Hickory Homes on January 3rd, 2023. However, please note REAC requires a five-business day window to cover unforeseen delays. This means for purposes of notice to residents, entry could be made into your unit by the HUD-hired REAC Inspector and members of Housing Authority staff on any day between January 3rd, 2023, and Tuesday, January 10th, 2023.

** Notification of Entry**

As a result of this REAC inspection, residents of these sites are notified entry will be made into units to assess and make repairs starting Monday, December 12th, 2022, and continuing through Friday, December 30th, 2022. Entry could be anytime between the hours of 8:30 am and 6 pm each day.
