Annual Inspections will be Scheduled Soon

All public housing residents should expect scheduling of annual UPCS inspections in the coming months. All units will be inspected and notices will be mailed in advance. In preparation for the inspections, residents should refer to the last three pages of their dwelling lease which list the resident's responsibilities for good housekeeping and maintaining their apartment.
